I began my radio career in 1984.  Over a span of 19 years on the air, I mostly was afternoon air personality and eventually program director…working at great radio stations in Eau Claire, WI and LaCrosse, WI…including WIAL, WIZM-FM, and KQYB.

Early in my broadcast career, I started doing professional voiceovers for ad agencies, and voicing and producing imaging for other radio stations.

Then in 2003, I built and opened Radio1 Broadcast School in LaCrosse, WI:  www.radio1school.com.    We have an extremely productive 7 week, full-time, quality radio education.  I am the director and chief instructor, and I very much enjoy working closely with future radio professionals from all over the U.S.

Also, for the last couple decades, I’ve owned and operated a mobile DJ entertainment service:  www.radio1music.us.  My deejays and I enjoy facilitating fun at parties, wedding receptions, and school dances in MN, WI, and IA.
